Comments, versions and sharing

Discuss a page, go back to any earlier version, share a link, and export.

Comments

The Comments tab in the side panel holds the page's discussion. Start a thread, reply to one, and edit or delete your own comments.

Versions

  • Save version in the Versions tab keeps the page as it is now, with an optional note such as "Before restructuring".
  • Select a version to read it, or compare two versions side by side to see what changed.
  • Restore brings a version back. It never deletes anything: the old content is added as a new version, so you can undo a restore too.
AI edits are reversible
When an AI tool replaces a page's content over MCP, the previous content is saved as a version first.

Share a page

Share sends the page's link to colleagues in your workspace with an optional message; they are notified. You can also copy the link and paste it anywhere. Only people in your workspace can open it.

Export

Export a page, or a page and everything under it, as Markdown or PDF. Exports keep headings, lists and checklists, tables, code, callouts, links, colours and alignment.
