Files and attachments
Attach any document to a page, preview it in the app, and download the original.
Attach a file
Open the Files tab in the panel beside a page, then drop files onto it or choose Upload. You can add several at once; each shows its own progress and can be retried if it fails.
Where files belong
A file belongs to the page it was attached to, and so to that page's space and workspace. Anyone who can open the page can see and download it; nobody outside your workspace can. Moving a page takes its files with it, and a page in the trash keeps its files until it is restored or removed for good.
Preview in the app
Select a file to open it in a viewer without downloading it:

Older Office formats
Legacy .doc, .xls and .ppt files, and PowerPoint files, are kept and downloadable, but do not preview yet.
Download
Every viewer has a Download button, and so does each file in the list. You always get the original file, byte for byte.
Limits and blocked types
- Each file can be up to 25 MB, unless your administrators set a different limit.
- Programs and installers are refused, because they could run on the computer of whoever downloads them:
.exe,.msi,.msix,.appx,.dll,.sys,.drv,.ocx,.cpl,.com,.scr,.bat,.cmd,.ps1,.psm1,.vbs,.vbe,.jse,.wsf,.wsh,.hta,.msc,.lnk,.reg,.jar,.apk,.ipa,.xap,.app,.dmg,.pkg,.deb,.rpm,.run,.iso. - A file's type is decided from its name on the server, never from what the browser claims.
